*A Wonderful Stay at Xi Yu Hotel* ( ** Note: we booked 2 rooms via 訂房網站 but somehow were separate bookings so this review will probably appear twice as we have to leave a review per booking. But the experience was the same for both of us travelling. ** We had an exceptional experience at the Xi Yu Hotel and can’t thank the amazing staff enough for their hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted with a refreshing drink, setting the tone for a truly memorable stay. Throughout our visit, the team went above and beyond to help us. Not only did they assist in planning the rest of our time in Xi’an, but they also recommended fantastic local spots, including a brilliant barber shop for a cut and shave, a bustling local market for unique gifts to take home, and even pointed us to a shop where we found a suitcase to carry everything back! The rooms are spotlessly clean, modern, and feature incredibly comfortable beds—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We especially loved the rooftop area which is open to guests, a fantastic spot to enjoy a cigar or two, groove some tunes and unwind and watch the city life below. The hotel’s location is ideal: peaceful, overlooking the city wall, and just a short stroll from the North Gate, where you can easily get tickets to walk along the historic walls. Best of all, staying at Xi Yu Hotel gave us a five-star experience at a three-star price—truly unbeatable value during our travels across China. We truly couldn’t recommend Xi Yu Hotel more highly. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer, as our flights home were the next day. We look forward to returning on our next 訂房網站 to Xi’an!

總體非常不錯，是古城牆裡麵比較安靜的位置，前台很熱情，類似於民宿的感覺，房間面積都挺大的，附近也有吃早餐的店，都比較方便。

Hotel pequeñito pero acogedor. La habitación es muy espaciosa, aunque no tiene armario ni sitio donde poner la ropa. La bañera le da un toque chic y la terraza es un buen punto. No hay ascensor, pero los chicos insisten en subirte las maletas. En la recepción hacen café y cócteles. En general, un buen sitio para alojarse.

一進門就感覺裝修很新，很現代，是我喜歡的樣子，馬桶是智能馬桶，淋浴跟廁所是分開的，地暖，來的時候正好碰上降溫，一進屋好溫暖，腳底都是熱熱的，電視可以投屏，有浴缸可以泡澡，衞生打掃的也很乾凈，前台態度非常好，有求必應，有問必答，推薦來他家，多住還有優惠

裝修風格好唯美，😍，店家服務超級好，衞生乾淨，整潔，設施也很完善，超級推薦呦，在城牆下hotel，出門就可以看到城牆的燈，飯後帶著孩子溜達了一下，好開心～ 伴手禮送的皮影小擺台，好用心的，孩子們好喜歡😍😍😍😍 照片是退房的時候隨手拍的，好喜歡，下次來西安一定還會來他家住宿

酒店很差勁👎🏻因為行程變動，提前一天入住，急訂一晚大床房，第二個訂單是第二天正式入住的另外一間雙床房。因為入住體驗差，想要取消第二日的房間，酒店居然要我付違約金20-30％！第一次碰到提前一天取消入住要付違約金！之後通過訂房網站平台給我取消了，然後前台各種為難。入住就是看中他們酒店圖片的觀景台可以看城牆，詢問可以上樓麼，告知我平台門鎖在修理不方便？我自己上去看完全沒有這回事，扭開門就上露台了。之後退房離開，按金100元當場不退，告知我要保潔員清理好房間才能退。當場你們不能去房間大概看一下有沒缺失不就好了麼。所以按金等我們離開後2個小時才退還，非常無語！房間馬桶也是極品，坐上去就噴的到處都是水，勸退大家！

這家酒店真的超出預期！位置超棒，出門就是古城牆，附近小巷子裡的小吃物美價廉味道好，去景點和商圈都超方便。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒服得讓人秒睡，衞生間乾濕分離做得很到位。前台小姐姐服務超貼心，性價比絕了，下次來還住這兒！
